By registering or participating as a Service Provider or Vendor Partner, you represent that:

The final decision to enter into a business relationship remains with the relevant participating parties.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, AANTRIO is not automatically a party to contracts entered into directly between independent users of the ecosystem.
